Dilek Songul Isik

Dilek Songul ISIK possesses extensive experience in executive assistance, having worked for Koton as the Executive Assistant to the CEO since March 2021, and previously held similar roles at STFA Construction Group from October 2011 to December 2020 as the Executive Assistant to the President, and from October 1992 to October 2011 as the Executive Assistant to the General Manager. During the tenure at STFA Construction, responsibilities included supporting contract implementation, business development, bid preparation, and planning departments. Dilek has an academic background in economics, earning a degree from Anadolu University from 2012 to 2015 and studying at Boğaziçi University from 2012 to 2014.
