Thomas Mathew Kottukapally

Thomas Mathew Kottukapally has over 30 years of work experience. Thomas began their career in 1989 as Group Manager at Teekoy Rubbers (1945) Ltd, where they were responsible for IT Systems, estate management and corporate reporting to stock markets. In 1993, they founded Kott Software Pvt. Ltd, where they served as Executive Board Director and Director. In 2001, they joined Trade Compass Inc as Chief Technologist, where they provided Global Trade Compliance Software Tools and Services for FedEx Trade Networks, Citibank and Others. Thomas managed Software Engineering Teams, determined infrastructure and technology needs, and implemented solutions with vendors and partners. In 2003, they joined OCR Services Inc. as Sr. Vice President - GTM Solutions, where they managed Global Trade Management solutions with responsibility for Sales, IT and Software Development teams for UK, EU, MEA and AU regions. In 2009, they became Managing Partner & Director of EMP Trust Solutions. In 2011, they joined Montgomery County SHRM as Director, where they supported the Chapter in organizing events, sponsors and members.

Thomas Mathew Kottukapally attended Bangalore University from 1984 to 1989, where they earned a B.E in Computer Engineering & Science. In November 2022, they obtained a certification in Product Management and Strategy from Wharton Executive Education. Thomas is currently enrolled in Wharton Executive Education's Wharton CTO Program in Computer Science, which they began in 2022 and is expected to complete in 2023.
