Tien Tran

Tien is the Manager Operations in Kotter’s Seattle office where she is responsible for day-to-day operations, supporting the finance team and event planning. She is currently a member of Kotter’s own Guiding Coalition, a diverse team working directly with senior leadership to drive change within the firm. Tien has over a decade of experience in office administration, management and operations, graduating from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a minor in International Studies.

Tien is based out of the Seattle, WA office.
