Andrew Rafla

Andrew Rafla began their work experience as a Software Engineering Intern at Sensus in 2016. Andrew then pursued a Graduate Student Researcher role at Boise State University from August 2018 to May 2019, where they focused on Natural Language Processing and Machine Learning research. In 2019, Rafla joined Kount, an Equifax Company, initially as a Software Engineer before progressing to the role of Machine Learning Engineer from October 2020 to July 2022. Currently, they serve as a Staff Machine Learning Engineer at Kount, where they collaborate with the product organization and management to develop new AI products and provides guidance to the engineering team. In addition to their technical roles, Rafla has also been involved in coaching as an Assistant Cross Country Coach at Timberline High School and as an Athlete for ASICS America Corporation from January 2020 to December 2021.

Andrew Rafla earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Boise State University from 2014 to 2018. Andrew then pursued further education and obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science from the same institution from 2018 to 2019.
