Carl Mindle Hastings

Carl Mindle Hastings has a diverse work experience across various roles and companies. Carl Mindle started their career at Lockheed Martin as a Software Engineer, where they designed a Java-based software architecture and led a team of software engineers. Carl Mindle then joined Bodybuilding.com, where they served as a Product Manager for their mobile apps and later became an Engineering Manager, overseeing multiple development teams. After that, they worked at Healthwise as a Senior Product Manager, leading the launch of a new SaaS B2B API suite and successfully sunsetting an outdated API product. Carl Mindle then founded their own company, Devix Technologies, where they served as the CEO. Later, they joined WaFd Bank as a Senior Product Manager, where they formed and managed the first Agile team and integrated various fintech SaaS solutions into the bank's website. Currently, Carl is the Director of Product Management at Kount, an Equifax Company, where they have spearheaded an alternate product plan, introduced a new prioritization process, and driven adoption of teams providing project deployment estimates. Throughout their career, Carl has demonstrated strong leadership, technical expertise, and a customer-focused approach to product management.
