Neale Rinaldi

Solutions Engineer at Kount

Neale Rinaldi has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Currently, Neale is working as a Solutions Engineer at Kount, an Equifax Company since May 2021. Prior to this, Neale served as a Graduate Research Assistant at Boise State University from January 2019 to May 2021. During this time, they conducted research in the field of materials engineering and presented their findings at a conference. Neale also worked as an MDE Metrology Intern at Micron Technology from September 2019 to May 2020.

In 2015, Neale worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Idaho Department of Chemicals and Materials Engineering, where they conducted research on synthesizing hexameric calixarenes. They were proficient in various analytical techniques and presented their research progress at a conference.

Neale also gained experience as a Genomics Intern at IBEST Genomics Resource Core in 2017, where they performed DNA and RNA sequencing using Illumina hardware and techniques. Additionally, they worked as a Teacher Assistant at the University of Idaho Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering in 2016.

Before pursuing a career in engineering and research, Neale worked as a Full-time Teacher at Berry Patch LLC in 2013, where they created and implemented lesson plans for young children. Neale also gained customer service experience as a Hostess at McCormick & Schmick's and Jakes Bar And Grill from 2009 to 2013. They also worked as a Substitute Teacher/Avid Teacher at Bamberg Middle/High School from November 2011 to August 2012.

Neale Rinaldi's education history includes completing a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Idaho. This degree was earned between 2015 and 2018. Additionally, Neale pursued further education by attending Boise State University from 2019 to 2021, where they obtained a Masters of Science (MS) degree in Materials Science and Engineering.
