Chief Customer Experience Officer at Kount

Joining Kount in 2017, Wendi has over 20 years of experience in enterprise technology and over 10 years of experience in Customer Success. Wendi currently leads multiple teams within the Customer Success Organization at Kount, including Implementation Services, Customer Success Managers and Professional and Guarantee Services. In her role as Chief Customer Experience Officer, Wendi and her teams are focused on providing thought leadership and fraud expertise to Kount’s customers to ensure success throughout the customer journey as well as being customer advocates throughout the organization.

Prior to Kount, Wendi was the Vice President of Infrastructure Services at Taos Mountain for 6 years and spent 16 years at a Fortune 50 retailer in various leadership roles within IT and security. Wendi has a Master of Science in Management Information Systems and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Technology from Boise State University.
