Siva Gopalnarayanan has extensive experience in engineering, research and development, and leadership roles within the HVAC and related industries. Currently serving as Senior Director of HVAC Controls at KOVA, Siva leads the development of smart comfort systems for sustainable homes. Prior roles include Director of Engineering for Advanced Research and the Air Conditioning Division at Rheem Manufacturing, where Siva focused on advanced technology development and product innovation. Previous experience encompasses various management positions at United Technologies, Arkema, and Peerless Mfg. Co., leading R&D, new product development, and cross-functional teams. Siva holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland, an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from PSG College of Technology.
