The Leadership Team at Kovaion Consulting is responsible for setting strategic direction, overseeing company operations, and ensuring optimal administrative functions. They drive company growth by leveraging their expertise in Oracle HCM/ERP Cloud solutions, PeopleSoft, Taleo, and low-code platforms. The team consists of the Founder & Director, who provides visionary leadership; the Chief Administrative Officer, who manages internal operations and resource alignment; and the Chief Operating Officer, who ensures efficient day-to-day business functions and client project delivery.
