Fon Allan Duke

Fon’s experience in the services management field spans over 20 years. Many customers have been with the Department of Defense followed by the Department of Interior and other federal, state, and local agencies along with private industry. Customer needs have been, but not limited to, military operations, environmental sciences, space engineering, test & engineering, and hardware and software technology development. Several efforts received recognition through scientific publications and or awards in their respected industries.

Organizations under Fon’s management have ranged in size, performed onsite, operated remotely, and across many geographic locations. He has held Program Management roles supporting Aerospace, a Federal Funded Research Development Center (FFRDC) for the largest subcontract awarded, and was one of nine Program Managers on the Navy’s Next Generation Enterprise Network (NGEN) for Perspecta.

Before starting his education pursuits, Fon served in the United States Army before obtaining his Bachelor of Science in International Finance. During his career, he earned his MBA in Leadership along with various certificates such as Scrum Master and SAFe Agile Certified.
