Adhemar Milani Neto is a Brazilian business executive who is currently the co-founder and CEO of Kovi. Adhemar has also previously worked as a taxi general manager at 99, a strategy consultant at Bain & Company, and an MBA candidate at INSEAD. Prior to that, they worked at International Paper for four years, where they were responsible for the international logistic operation of the company's container operation in Brazil, led the intercompany business relation with Asia and Europe, and was responsible for the Packaging and Raw Material account for six integrated pulp and paper mills and four box plants in Brazil. While at International Paper, Milani Neto also completed a cross-functional leadership development program and a four week training and certification as a Black Belt - Lean Six Sigma methodology.
