Carol Nicolay possesses extensive and progressive experience in Human Resources, currently serving as Diretora de RH at Kovi since January 2019, where key responsibilities include strategic leadership, people management, organizational development, recruitment and selection, conflict management, internal communication, talent retention strategies, and legal compliance in HR.
