Osmar Queiroz

Osmar then joined MRV Engenharia, Brazil's largest residential construction company, first as a trainee and later as a Coordinator of Commercial Intelligence. In this role, they led a team of analysts, monitored performance indicators, coordinated costs, and managed the budget. Osmar also worked at BTG Pactual, one of the largest investment banks in Latin America, where they gained experience in creating and programming spreadsheets and engaging in derivative operations.
