Tiago Fittipaldi

Tiago Fittipaldi currently serves as Partner and Director of Operations at Kovi since June 2022. Previously, Tiago held several roles at Ambev from August 2015 to January 2022, including Plant General Manager of the industrial beer plant in Uberlândia, overseeing various operational areas and managing a significant workforce. Tiago's experience also includes production management and coordination in the beverage industry, as well as roles in petroleum engineering and market assessment across different companies. Educationally, Tiago earned a degree in Petroleum Engineering from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro and completed a CORe Credential of Readiness at Harvard Business School.
