Aline Hoff

Aline Hoff has a long and varied work experience, beginning in 2009 when they were a Colaboradora for CAMARA PYME PILAR. In 2012, they held two roles simultaneously, Columnista for MALA MIA and Recepcionista - Administrativa for KALCIYAN TECNOLOGÍA DEL VIDRIO S.A. In 2014, they worked as an Analista de cuentas- Marketing promocional for Prado del Ganso. From 2015 to 2017, they were a Coordinadora de Comunicación Interna y beneficios for Citi Bank Argentina and a Consultora Senior and Consultora Ejecutiva for BW Comunicación Interna SRL. In 2019, they became an Organizational Development Specialist for Avantrip - CVC Argentina. Finally, in 2021, they began their current role as Internal Comms, Culture and People Experience Specialist for CVC CORP and Almundo.com & Avantrip.com. In 2022, they were promoted to People Experience Lead at Kovix.

Aline Hoff attended the Lycée Jean Mermoz from 1991 to 2006, where they obtained both the Argentinian and French Baccalaureate in Letters. Aline then went on to obtain their Licenciatura in Public Relations from Universidad del Salvador between 2008 and 2011. In 2017, they completed a Course in Negotiation and Conflict Management from the University of Buenos Aires.
