Emily Schultz

Emily Schultz began working for Catering by Kowalski's over ten years ago as an event server. She then moved into their Call Center before becoming an Event Coordinator, specializing in weddings. Since then, Emily has worked in nearly every position in the Catering Department, including on their Food Truck. As the Catering Director, Emily oversees the Call Center, delivery and kitchen operations for their Catering Hubs. She strives to meet their customer's needs at every level so they can experience the joy of good food.
