Ndiarka Mbodji

Ndiarka Mbodji has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Ndiarka is currently the Founder & CEO of Kowry Energy, a position they have held since February 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Rolls-Royce for 15 years, holding various roles including Director of Business Development for Africa and Programme Executive for the Trent 900. Ndiarka also served as the Head of Operations for Engineering & Technology and as Vice President of Quality at Rolls-Royce Marine. Before joining Rolls-Royce, Ndiarka worked at Faurecia as a Team Leader for Supplier Development and at Valeo as a Supplier Quality Engineer. Overall, they have a strong background in business development, program management, quality control, and supplier development.

Ndiarka Mbodji pursued their education in a chronological order, starting with a Diplom in Chemistry from Université Paul Sabatier Toulouse III, which they earned from 1996 to 1998. Following this, they attended Université de Rouen from 1998 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Total Quality Management. Finally, in 2017-2018, Ndiarka Mbodji attended The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, completing the TUCK Global Leadership 2030 program.
