Jesus Beraza

Jesus Beraza has held a variety of roles in the industry since 2000. In 2000, Jesus began working for Ingersoll Rand as the Retail and Unitary Segment Leader Europe, Middle East, India & Africa, where they managed product strategies and lead 8 employees based in 5 different countries. In addition, they served as the R&D Director Retail Europe, Middle East, India & Africa, managing a team of 32 engineers located in 3 different countries. Jesus also served as the Business Excellence Manager Retail Europe and Manufacturing Engineering/Maintenance Manager/Operational Excellence Leader. In 2010, Jesus began working for Koxka as the Marketing Manager and Senior Program Manager, where they lead strategic initiatives by managing transversal teams based in different countries and regions. Jesus also served as the Rationalization Director, driving selection of product rationalization opportunities and leading the execution of those initiatives. In 2015, Jesus was promoted to Business Partner/Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer, leading the development of the strategic plans for the organization, while adhering to direction set by the CEO and Board of Directors. In 2017, Jesus began working for Eurovent as the Vice-Chairman Eurovent Product Group 14.

Jesus Beraza has a long and varied educational history. In 1981, they began their studies at the Politecnic Institute, where they earned an Industrial Degree in Mechanical in 1986. In 2002, they attended IR University, where they earned a Lean Manufacturing Master. Finally, in 2014, they attended EUDE Business School, where they earned an Upper Degree in Marketing, Communication & Advertising.
