Pablo Menéndez began their career in 2004 as an Information Technology Technician and Research Project Specialist at Universidad Pública de Navarra. In 2014, they became the IT Manager at Plantas de Navarra, S.A. In 2016, they moved to Koxka as an Operations Manager and Production Planning Manager. Finally, in 2005, they joined Koxka Technologies S.L. as a Process Improvement and IT systems manager. At Koxka, Menéndez was responsible for managing the operations value chain from order entry to delivery of final product to customers. Pablo also managed the development of the annual operating plan and its management and monitoring, as well as the strategy and direction of the supply chain, production and quality, and the management of warehouses, logistics and manufacturing engineering. At Plantas de Navarra, S.A., Menéndez was responsible for defining, managing and developing the strategy and resources of Information Technologies (IT) in the different areas of the company and also the project development monitoring for the running projects in order to meet business objectives. At Koxka Technologies S.L., Menéndez was responsible for applying Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to business processes improvement, both manufacturing and office processes, from the analysis to their implementation. Pablo was also in charge of managing the main IT systems of the company and designing new modules and workflows.
Pablo Menéndez received their Ingeniería de Telecomunicación degree from Universidad Pública de Navarra in 2003. Pablo then pursued their Ingeniería Técnica en Informática de Sistemas degree at Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia - U.N.E.D., which they are still currently enrolled in. In 2010, they obtained their Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Ingersoll Rand.
