Kyle Reasoner

Kyle Reasoner has extensive experience in research and development, quality control, and customer service within the manufacturing and fire department sectors. Currently serving as a Research and Development Specialist at Kozy Heat Fireplaces since June 2014, Kyle is responsible for product design and development, process improvement, and customer loyalty enhancement. Previous roles include Secretary at Lakefield Fire Department, where responsibilities encompass correspondence and report management, and Team Supervisor at Staples, recognized for improving customer service performance. Kyle holds a Double Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Political Communication from the University of Northern Iowa and has a background in general studies from Hawkeye Community College.
