Alex Collins

Alex Collins has a diverse work experience spanning from 2011 to 2020. They began as an intern at The THinkie Group, where they gained experience in social media marketing and events. Following that, they worked as a Community Assistant and Leasing Agent at Asset Campus Housing. They then joined the Holiday Inn Express Tyler South as a Night Auditor, responsible for organizing the hotel and assisting guests. After that, Alex worked as a Marketing Coordinator and Administrative Assistant at Piney Woods Regional Advisory Council Trauma Service Area G, where they developed capabilities for the Hospital Preparedness Program and assisted with administrative tasks. They then transitioned to the United Way of Smith County, first as a Campaign Manager and later as a Development Director, where they planned and executed campaign strategies and cultivated major gifts. Most recently, Alex worked as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Giraffe English, a leader in the ESL market in China and Taiwan. Currently, they are employed as a Business Analyst at KP Evolutions, where they focus on incorporating high-end smart home/office equipment and software, as well as bringing cellular-based internet access to rural areas.

Alex Collins attended the University of the Incarnate Word from 2009 to 2010, but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study during that time. Subsequently, from 2010 to 2013, Alex Collins attended the University of Texas at Tyler and earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing.
