Gordon Lofts

Gordon Lofts is a seasoned Factory General Manager with extensive experience at KP Snacks since 2015, overseeing multiple factory locations including Teesside, Ashby, and Tanfield, with a focus on delivering operational change and sustainability through strong leadership. Gordon also leads the Autonomous Maintenance (AM) pillar for the UK across seven factories, enhancing overall business impact. Prior to KP Snacks, Gordon held key roles at Intersnack UK as Manufacturing Manager/Deputy Factory General Manager and at United Biscuits in various manufacturing and managerial positions. Educational qualifications include Lean Sigma Black Belt and Green Belt certifications, as well as postgraduate studies in management from Darlington Business College.
