Sofie Johansson

Sofie Johansson has extensive experience in customer service and insurance, currently serving as the Kundhandlingsansvarig at KPA Pension since October 2017, with previous roles in product development and senior case management. Prior to this, Sofie worked at Folksam from March 2015 to October 2017 as a customer advisor, providing tailored insurance guidance to clients. Between September 2012 and March 2015, Sofie was at Gjensidige in customer service, gaining administrative experience and training in handling children's insurance. Sofie's career began as a self-employed hairdresser from June 2006 to September 2012, where skills in business management and marketing were developed. Sofie completed education at Nacka gymnasium from 2003 to 2006.
