Karen Chicas

Karen Chicas is an experienced Project Manager at KPaul since May 2014, where responsibilities include managing million-dollar federal government contracts, revising and negotiating contract agreements, and identifying sales opportunities while addressing business needs and cost requirements. Prior to this role, Karen gained experience as a Presort Operator at Fiserv from September 2012 to December 2012. Karen is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Kelley School of Business Indianapolis, expected to complete in November 2025, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Business from Indiana University Indianapolis, earned in May 2017.
