Jeff Heung

Jeff Heung has a diverse work experience in product management and project coordination. Jeff currently holds the position of Senior Product Manager at KPay Merchant Service since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Lalamove where they served as a Product Lead from February 2022 to January 2023, a Senior Product Manager from February 2021 to January 2022, and a Product Manager from October 2018 to January 2021. Before joining Lalamove, Jeff worked as a Project Manager at Bull.b Tech from September 2016 to September 2018, handling information technology project management, client communication, and team coordination. Jeff also worked as a Project Coordinator at Zuki Engineering Co., LTD from September 2015 to September 2016, overseeing construction management, surveying, and contractor communication.

Jeff Heung obtained a Master's degree in Geomatics from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, where they studied from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, completing their studies from 2012 to 2015. In addition to their formal education, Jeff also holds a certification in NewCampus Manager Essentials from the institution NewCampus, which they obtained in 2022.
