Dr. Theresa Berton DNP, MBA, RN, CCRN-K, NEA-BC is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in nursing leadership and operational management. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Nursing Officer at KPC Health since January 2019, Dr. Berton has held multiple key positions within the organization, including Chief Operating Officer and Director of Nursing. Prior to KPC Health, Dr. Berton worked at Kaiser Permanente as Director of Nursing Services and Assistant Clinical Director, and at Providence St. Joseph Health in various roles including Administrative Nursing Supervisor. Dr. Berton holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Management from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School.
