Greg Wagner

Greg Wagner is an inclusive team leader, who fosters a collaborative environment that encourages mentoring and learning. He's an advocate for working on projects incorporating Building Information Modeling whereby the fully integrated model is used for clash detection. His continued project involvement from schematic design through construction administration ensures that the client’s goals and objectives are met and incorporated in the structural design. Market segments include multifamily residential, commercial, office, retail buildings, and parking garages. Experience in new construction includes wood, bearing, and non-bearing light gauge, concrete, pre-cast concrete, masonry, light gage, and steel, and also has experience with existing structures. Greg enjoys the challenges associated with prefabricating building systems and is passionate about developing structural solutions that work well with the architectural concepts as well as meeting the owner’s goals. He joined KPFF immediately following receiving his master's degree in 1999.
