Michael Dygean started at KPFF in 1989 and is deeply knowledgeable in the design and construction of large-scale complex campuses: medical, hospital, and research facilities; educational facilities from K through 12 to higher education; justice buildings such as courthouses and jails; and design-build pursuits and base-isolated structures. With a plethora of knowledge, Michael has helped to mold and shape the current office culture and expertise while training the future leaders of the firm. Michael is a veteran in the practice of structural engineering and appreciates the give and take of open communication and a rigorous exchange of ideas; He believes in a truly collaborative design and construction process. Leading by example, personal dedication, and hard work on every project inspires team members to grow, learn and eventually lead in turn.
