Cameron McGinley

Cameron McGinley has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Cameron is currently the Chief Executive Officer at KPI Concepts, a leading company in store fixtures, metal fabrication, and wind energy. Prior to this, they served as the President & CEO of Legacy Cabinets, a prominent manufacturer and distributor of cabinetry. McGinley has also held positions such as Board Member and CEO at Inland Coatings Holdings, and President of EFCO Corporation, a subsidiary of Pella Corporation. Additionally, they have served as the President EFCO Corporation and VP of Commercial Pella Corporation, where they played a key role in the commercial industry and international business development. Their earlier career includes roles in sales, marketing, operations, and plant management at Pella Corporation and Lean Six Sigma Manager at 3M.

Cameron McGinley pursued higher education at the University of Iowa from 1996 to 1998, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Prior to that, they attended Iowa State University from 1987 to 1992, graduating with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemical Engineering.
