Daniel Shaw

Daniel Shaw has extensive work experience in HR and talent acquisition. Daniel started their career at ZYTX, Inc. as a Sr. Technical Recruiter and was later promoted to Sr. IT Recruiter. At Sun Plus Data Group, Inc., they worked as a Team Lead, leading a team of recruiters and developing recruitment solutions. Daniel then joined Frontline Consulting Services (FCS) Inc. as a Team Lead in Talent Acquisition, where they managed the offshore recruiting team and served as a central point of contact between recruiting teams offshore and the Talent Center sourcing teams. Currently, at KPI Partners, Daniel holds the position of Senior Director - HR & Talent Acquisition. Daniel previously served as the Director - HR & Talent Acquisition and Director - Talent Acquisition Group, where they initiated BigData, Cloud Data Warehouse, and NoSQL practice from scratch and headed Talent Acquisition teams in Hyderabad, Bangalore, and North America.
