Naveen Dodla

Naveen Dodla has a strong background in talent acquisition, with experience in leading recruitment efforts and serving as a senior recruiter. Naveen is currently employed as the Lead - Talent Acquisition at KPI Partners since February 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Axelon Services Corporation from September 2018 to January 2021 as a Senior Recruiter. Before joining Axelon, Naveen worked at KPI Partners from July 2013 to July 2018, where they held the position of Senior Recruiter - TAG. During their time at KPI Partners, they were responsible for end-to-end technical recruitment and hiring individuals ranging from entry to executive level. Naveen also has experience as a Talent Acquisition professional at GSS Infotech, where they worked from September 2012 to July 2013, handling recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews.

Naveen Dodla's education history includes a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Human Resource from SR Engineering College, affiliated to JNTUH. Prior to this, they completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mathematics from Kakatiya University.

In terms of certifications, Naveen has obtained several additional qualifications.
