Pardha Saradhi Maguluri is currently working as the Senior Manager HR at KPI Partners. With a wealth of experience in HR roles at companies such as Fractal Enterprises LLP, Deloitte, and Emagia, Pardha has a strong background in implementing HRIS systems, managing the employee life cycle, and designing and implementing processes such as onboarding and performance management. Pardha holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from XLRI - VIL Programs and an Executive MBA in HR from the Institute for Technology and Management.
