Ajit Pangam is a seasoned leader in the automotive industry, currently serving as the Director of Delivery at KPIT, where they lead a team of over 350 engineers across multiple countries. With expertise in Product Lifecycle Management, Engagement Management, and Technical Project Leadership, Ajit has held several roles, including Associate Director and Project Leader at KPIT. Their past experience includes positions as Engagement Manager at KPIT Infosystem Inc, Mechanical Design Engineer at Shri Ganesh Engineering Works, and Project Engineer at Dana Incorporated. Ajit is pursuing a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering and a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute.
