Rinu Abraham

Rinu Abraham is an experienced professional in the fields of learning and development and human resources, currently serving as Lead Educator at KPIT since July 2021. Prior to this role, Rinu worked at Acqueon in Learning and Development and held a position as Senior Executive Learning and Development at Servion Global Solutions. Rinu's earlier career includes a Senior Executive role in Human Resources at Quadrant 4 System Corporation and a position as a Recruitment Consultant at Door Sabha Nigam Limited, where responsibilities included hiring and candidate management. Additionally, Rinu has experience as a Research Associate with Abraham Koshy and as a freelance trainer with Laurus Edutech, focusing on soft skills. Rinu began a career in employee relations at GVK EMRI, developing and implementing induction programs to enhance employee motivation. Rinu holds an M.Sc in Psychology from Christ University and a B.A in Psychology from St. Xavier's College.
