Srushti Shah

Srushti Shah is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in talent management, employee relations, and HR business partnership. Srushti currently serves as the Practice Lead in Human Resources at KPIT and previously held the role of Lead Talent Management and Acquisition for AMESA at EPL Limited. Srushti's career includes positions as an HR Business Partner and Deputy Manager for Employee Relations at Mahindra Group, as well as internships in HR at Idea Cellular Ltd and Larsen & Toubro Limited. Srushti holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources from Welingkar Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Information Technology from Fr. Conceicao Rodrigues College of Engineering.
