Sunil Phansalkar is the Head of Investor Relations and AVP Mergers and Acquisitions at KPIT, bringing over 15 years of experience in finance, investor relations, and mergers and acquisitions. With specialized expertise in budgeting and management information systems, Sunil has effectively managed teams and delivered strategic insights to top management. Sunil's prior roles include Senior Manager in MIS and Budgets and Lead in Investor Relations at KPIT, where they played a pivotal role in financial reporting and M&A activities. Sunil holds a Master's degree in Commerce and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration, among other qualifications.
