David Naranjo

David Naranjo has a diverse work experience in various engineering roles. David started their career as a Component Engineer/Electrical Designer Intern at Brooks Automation where they revised electrical cable drawings and PCBs. David then worked as a Mechanical Engineer Intern, utilizing Pro/Engineer Wildfire 2.0 for the creation and modification of mechanical parts and assemblies for vacuum robots. After that, they joined DEKA Research & Development as a QA Test Engineer, where they authored test plans and contributed to FDA agency submissions for medical devices. David later worked at the University of Massachusetts Lowell as a Teaching Assistant, instructing an undergraduate course in Pro/Engineer Wildfire 4.0. Naranjo then worked at Ferrotec as a Reliability Engineer, where they performed failure analyses, recommended corrective actions, and developed LabVIEW VIs for automated reliability testing of various products. David also worked as a Product Development Manufacturing Engineer at Ferrotec, where they performed failure analyses, authored 8D reports, and developed LabVIEW VIs for automated reliability testing of thermoelectric modules used in automotive applications. Naranjo then worked as a Test Engineer III at Brooks Automation, where they performed failure analyses and troubleshooting on clean-room robots and developed communication interfaces for inspection equipment. David worked as a Mechanical Engineer (Contract) at BD, coordinating with staff engineers in the development of diabetes care products, developing LabVIEW VIs for automated testing, and authoring test protocols. Currently, Naranjo is employed at KPM Analytics as a Lead Mechanical Engineer.

David Naranjo attended the University of Massachusetts Lowell from 2001 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. David then continued their education at the same university from 2007 to 2010, obtaining a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
