Igor Lefebvre is an experienced sustainability professional with a diverse background in environmental management and strategic development. Currently serving as an ESG Sustainability Developer at Elia since August 2017, Igor focuses on advancing sustainability through biodiversity and circularity initiatives. Previously, Igor held the position of Head of Sustainability at Elia, overseeing comprehensive sustainability strategies across various dimensions. As a Full Member of the Club of Rome (EU Chapter) since January 2019, Igor engages in discussions on sustainable development at both European and global levels. Prior roles include Sustainability & Environmental Manager at ENGIE, Project Manager at Electrabel, and various project management positions in the telecom and banking sectors. Igor holds advanced degrees in Engineering Electromechanics, Management, and Leadership, showcasing a strong educational foundation in relevant fields.
