Ian Smedley

Ian Smedley is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic planning and project management. Currently serving as a Manager at KPMG Canada since May 2024, Ian previously held the position of Corporate Planning Advisor at the City of Port Moody, where responsibilities included developing projects aligned with the Council's Strategic Plan and implementing software for tracking and reporting progress. As Principal Consultant at Ian Smedley Consulting, Ian provided strategic insights to various organizations, including serving as a Consultant for Strategic Change and Improvement at the Provincial Health Services Authority. Additionally, Ian contributed to the Vancouver Airport Authority's 20 Year Master Plan and served as a Program Officer at Service Canada, alongside coordinating revenue and communications for the Liberal Party of Canada.
