Kajal Ahuja

Kajal Ahuja is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in knowledge management and learning technology deployment. Currently serving as the Senior Manager for Learning Technology Ecosystem Deployment at KPMG Canada since September 2019, Kajal leads global initiatives for learning experience platforms and digital credential programs. Prior roles at KPMG from 2010 to 2018 included Program Delivery Manager and Senior Manager in Knowledge Management, where Kajal developed and implemented a knowledge management strategy, established a new-generation platform, and won multiple awards for team excellence. Earlier experience at Bain & Co. as a Knowledge Specialist involved tracking business performance and providing training for effective knowledge sharing. Kajal's career began as an Assistant Director at FICCI, focusing on economic studies and trade consultancy. Kajal's academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in International Business from the Delhi School of Economics and a degree in Adult Learning and Development from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education at the University of Toronto.
