Kirsten Douglas

Kirsten Douglas is a Senior Consultant in ESG and Sustainability Services at KPMG Canada, a position held since October 2021, following earlier roles as a Consultant and Staff Accountant within the same firm. Prior experience includes serving as an Aquatic Fitness Instructor and Performance Swim Coach at UBC Recreation from January 2018 to April 2021, where skills in competitive swimming were shared with adults. Kirsten was also a dedicated member of the UBC Thunderbirds Varsity Swim Team from September 2016 to February 2021, achieving an undefeated record at conference and national championships, contributing to the team's status as the most successful varsity program in the USPORT league's history. Additionally, an internship as an Audit Intern at KPMG Canada was completed in mid-2020. Kirsten holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the UBC Sauder School of Business, earned in 2021.
