Matthieu Damer

Matthieu Damer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management consulting and the music industry. Currently serving as a Manager in Management Consulting at KPMG Canada since April 2022, Matthieu previously held the position of Executive Director at the Centre de développement musical from July 2015 to April 2022. Matthieu also operated Matt Damer Sound & Music Inc. as a Recording Engineer, Producer, and Artist Manager from January 2009 to April 2022, and worked as an Arts Development Coordinator at the Regroupement Artistique Francophone de l'Alberta from October 2011 to July 2015. Earlier career experiences include a role as a Broadcast Technician at CBC/Radio-Canada from April 2010 to April 2013. Matthieu Damer holds a Bachelor of Music in Composition from the University of Alberta, obtained between 2002 and 2007, and is currently pursuing an MBA at the Alberta School of Business, University of Alberta, from 2020 to 2024.
