Wayne Chang

Wayne Chang, CFA, CBV, has a robust background in corporate finance and accounting, with experience at KPMG Canada from January 2011 to August 2013, where Wayne held multiple titles including Staff Accountant, Senior Accountant in Audit and Assurance, and various roles within Corporate Finance, culminating as Senior Vice President. Wayne played a crucial role in managing and leading deal teams for transaction mandates. Additionally, Wayne served as a Sessional Lecturer at the University of Waterloo from September 2014, teaching courses such as Business Valuations and Audit Strategy. Wayne holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from the University of Waterloo.
