Shaayna Elrod

Shaayna Elrod is a Director at KPMG, specializing in Advisory TMT Strategy and M&A Practice since April 2021, with expertise in transaction execution, performance improvement, and post-merger integrations. Prior to KPMG, Shaayna served as an Advisory Senior Manager at PwC from September 2017 to April 2021, leading the Connected Solutions/IoT Practice and the Southwest Market Advisory Council. Earlier experience includes a tenure at Accenture from August 2012 to September 2017 as a Technology Consulting Manager, focusing on strategic resource efficiency in the communications, media, and technology sectors. Shaayna has also held project management roles in smaller firms and interned in digital media planning. Shaayna holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Corporate Communications from Tulane University.
