Alison Tierney

Alison Tierney has over two decades of experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head of Compensation and Benefits and Director of Human Resources at KPMG Ireland since November 2010. Prior to this role, Alison worked as the Head of Compensation and Benefits and Associate Director of Human Resources at KPMG from June 2003 to November 2010 and held the position of Compensation & Benefits Manager at Vodafone from October 1998 to June 2003. Earlier in the career, Alison gained experience in human resources at Permanent TSB from December 1992 to October 1998. Academic credentials include an Arts degree in Psychology & Philosophy from University College Dublin and additional qualifications in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from the National College of Ireland, complemented by a Leaving Cert from St Louis High School in Rathmines.
