Alyt Braaksma

Alyt Braaksma is a professional with extensive experience in learning and development, currently serving as a Young Board Member at KPMG Nederland since July 2021, where involvement includes providing insights on strategic themes related to branding, workforce, culture, and digitalization. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Learning & Development Advisor at CBRE Nederland, focusing on designing and delivering training programs across EMEA, and as an Educational Consultant at Examenadviesburo, where responsibilities included creating e-learning resources for the real estate sector. Early career contributions also involved promoting blended education as a Learning Consultant at Comenius College, assessing psychological needs as a Pedagogue at Eduvier, and evaluating exam quality as an intern at NHL Stenden University of Applied Sciences. Alyt holds master's degrees in Forensic Pedagogy and Educational Sciences from the University of Amsterdam and the University of Groningen, respectively, along with a bachelor's degree in Educational and Pedagogical Sciences from the University of Groningen.
