Carlijn Huesken

Carlijn Huesken is a Senior Consultant in Sustainability Reporting and Assurance at KPMG Nederland, a position held since September 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Business Development Manager at Justdiggit and a Research Assistant at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, where research focused on the purpose of Fortune 500 companies. A Graduate Intern at KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, Carlijn investigated consumer attitudes towards sustainable aviation, earning a high grade for the work. Additional consultancy experience includes a project for market entry into Mexico with Financial Study Association Amsterdam, along with various positions at The HEINEKEN Company in Global Corporate Affairs. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Global Business and Sustainability from Rotterdam School of Management, a Pre-Master in Business Administration from the University of Amsterdam, and an Honours Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from University College Utrecht, supplemented by an undergraduate exchange program at Monash University and an International Baccalaureate from the American International School of Mozambique.
