Faissal El Azzouzi

Faissal El Azzouzi is an accomplished professional in human resources with extensive experience in talent sourcing and recruitment. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Sourcer at KPMG Nederland since April 2024, Faissal is responsible for recruiting experienced hires for the Advisory Tech Department. Prior to this role, Faissal worked at GoPomelo from September 2019 to October 2023, where contributions included spearheading the digitization of HR processes, leading recruitment across various departments, and enhancing employee engagement through organizational events. Early career roles included a Human Resources Executive and an HR Internship focused on employee retention within the IT industry, as well as roles in administrative support and guest services. Faissal holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Windesheim University of Applied Sciences and has pursued education at multiple institutions, including Chongqing Technology and Business University and Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.
