Jeroen Kooij

Jeroen Kooij has an extensive background in security management and loss prevention, currently serving as Service Manager for Safety and Security at KPMG Nederland since March 2024. Previously, Jeroen held the position of Fraud & Security Business Partner at Action from December 2022 to November 2023, leading initiatives to enhance loss prevention across multiple countries. Jeroen's decade-long tenure at HEMA included roles such as Senior International Security Advisor and International Security Advisor, focused on reducing preventable losses and coaching teams in high shrinkage areas.
