Simone Frans

Simone Frans is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in internal and external communications across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Manager & Teamlead for internal communications at KPMG Nederland since January 2019, Simone previously held roles such as Senior Advisor for Communication & External Relations at Gemeente Haarlemmermeer and Manager of Internal Communications at both Albert Heijn and Etos. With a solid foundation in the field, earlier positions include Communications Manager at Gall & Gall and Senior Communications Consultant at Albert Heijn. Educational background includes dual bachelor's degrees in Social Sciences and Communication and Media Studies from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, respectively, along with professional training as an NLP Practitioner. Presently enrolled in the Dutch Leaders program, Simone continues to enhance leadership capabilities.
